How To File For An Exchange?

 To exchange a product please email us the order # with the product name, original proof of purchase receipt and issue at gstonejewellery@gmail.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can contact us on +92 344 5397483 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).

Note : Exchange of any order is entertained only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria For An Exchange?

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
  • If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, an exchange will be issued.
  • Exchange if the item has not been used, washed, or damaged.

    Non Eligibility Criteria For an Exchange?


    • Exchange if the item has been used, washed, or damaged.
    • Any orders where a customer has been given a special discount as a favor cannot be returned.
    • Gstone does not cater for exchange reported after the first 48 hours of delivery.

    Shipping Cost For An Exchange?

    • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • For exchanges based on personal preferences or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Customers who want to exchange items with another they will have to pay a shipping charge of Rs.250/-.

    Gstone reserves the right to make the final decision regarding exchanges based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to the exchange policy.
