1. We prefer Bank Transfer / Easy Paisa and Debit, Credit and visa master card within Pakistan.

2. We accept payments through COD (Cash on delivery) within Pakistan. Please note that The customers who want to use COD Services have to pay 250/- shipping charges.

3. You can also Inbox on Facebook Page/Instagram/WhatsApp address and contact to confirm order.

4. For complaints, suggestions and queries, please inbox on Facebook Page or Email or Call or WhatsApp.

5. Riders follow routes and not timings so please cooperate.

6. If there is any damage or any fault, please take a picture and share it with us the same day you receive the order. Gstone Jewellery will exchange the product.

7. The customers who want to exchange the Items with another they have to pay 250/- shipping charges.

8.Customers should add Complete and proper address with House number, Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get their parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.

9. We strictly follow no refund and no return policy.

10. Duties and tax will be applied according to your country and will be paid by the customer.
